Return Policy

Due to the custom nature and size of our furniture, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the product is delivered and accepted.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Share clear photos and order details
We will arrange free repair or replacement depending on the severity of the issue

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across Pakistan, with the following shipping terms:

Free Shipping

Available only in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Paid Shipping

For all other cities in Pakistan, shipping is chargeable based on location and product size.
Shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Payment Terms

Islamabad & Rawalpindi Customers:
- 60% advance payment
- 40% payable on delivery
All Other Cities:
- 100% advance payment required before delivery dispatch
