2-Year Warranty
All Oaklin products come with a 2-year limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural damage
- Material or workmanship issues
If any issue arises within this period:
- Minor damage: We will repair the item at no cost to you.
- Significant damage: We will replace the product free of charge.
Post-Warranty Support
Even after your 2-year warranty expires, Oaklin is committed to supporting you. We offer:
- Free repair services for any damages.
- Please note: Replacements are not covered after the warranty period.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature and size of our furniture, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the product is delivered and accepted.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share clear photos and order details
- We will arrange free repair or replacement depending on the severity of the issue
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver across Pakistan, with the following shipping terms:
Free Shipping
- Available only in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Paid Shipping
- For all other cities in Pakistan, shipping is chargeable based on location and product size.
- Shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Islamabad & Rawalpindi Customers:
- 60% advance payment
- 40% payable on delivery
- All Other Cities:
- 100% advance payment required before delivery dispatch
